Welcome to Satori and Soul (the "Business", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.satoriandsoul.co.uk (the "Website") and the booking, payment, and delivery of our Reiki sessions, workshops, and holistic treatments (the "Services").

By browsing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or book our Services.

2. Eligibility & Bookings

Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to independently book a session. Bookings for minors (under 18) must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who must sign a consent form and remain present in the treatment room for the entire duration of the session.
Booking Platform: Appointments are managed and secured online through Wix Bookings. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

3. Pricing, Payments, & Block Packages

Pricing: All individual treatment prices and package rates are displayed clearly on our Website. Individual sessions are priced at our standard rate, and we offer a Block Package of 4 sessions for a discounted rate (see website for pricing).
Upfront Payment Requirement: To secure any appointment slot or purchase a package, full payment is required upfront at the time of booking via our Wix platform. If online payment is not possible, please contact us directly to make other arrangements.
Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed online using Wix Payments. We accept major credit/debit cards. Your payment data is securely encrypted; we never see or store your full card details.
Block Package Terms:
- The Block Package must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- All 4 sessions within the package must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.
- Package sessions can be shared with friends and family.

4. 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans change. However, because our session slots are limited and require preparation, we enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

More than 24 Hours’ Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This can be done via your Wix member account or by contacting us directly via email or phone.
Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged, and any prepaid fees will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for an appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent clients are not delayed. The full fee for the scheduled block remains payable.
Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that we must cancel your appointment due to an emergency or illness, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a priority rescheduled slot.

5. Refund Policy

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Individual Prepaid Sessions: If you cancel a single prepaid appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment card via Wix Payments within 5 to 10 business days.
Block Package Refunds:
- If you change your mind after purchasing a block package, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase (the statutory cooling-off period), provided you have not booked or attended any sessions from that package.
- If you have already used one or more sessions from the package and request a refund for the remainder due to exceptional circumstances, any sessions already taken will be charged at our standard individual session rate as published on our website, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Completed Services: Once a Reiki session has been fully delivered, no refunds will be issued. We do not guarantee specific physical, emotional, or spiritual outcomes.

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Complementary Nature: Reiki is a gentle, natural energy balancing technique used for deep relaxation and stress reduction. It is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, examination, or clinical treatment.
Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional regarding any physical or mental health conditions. You must accurately fill out our consultation form prior to your session and notify us of any changes to your health or medications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website (including logos, text, graphics, images, and descriptions of services) is the intellectual property of Satori and Soul and Amanda Ramsahai and is protected by UK copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English and Scottish law, Satori and Soul and Amanda Ramsahai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or the services provided, except in cases of proven gross negligence or personal injury resulting directly from our negligence.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, and Scotland.
